If you have junk laying around this is the time to throw it to people you like (or dislike).
You can throw any item with a rarity higher than 1500.
To throw junk, you need to have it in your backpack. Go to your backpack, click on the item.
From the action list, select Throw at...
Then type in the name of the player you wish to throw at, and click Take Action.
You can only throw one item at the same person every 24 hours.
You can only throw items at people who are currently online.
When you throw an item, it may break or the person you throw it at may receive it.
