The bug that was causing fish to drop in health rapidly was found and fixed.

All fish whose health was under 50% was once again reset to 50%. In a healthy aquarium fish will only require feeding once daily though they can be fed up to once every 10 hours.

You can click the squeegee as many times as you like, but the aquarium will only be cleaned once every 20 hours at most. Clicking the squeegee more often will have no effect on your aquarium or your fish.

In just two short days, more than 25,000 gifts have been placed in the Festivus trees. As the world is inching closer to celebrating the birthday of the Creator (Themetal, December 26th), we have prepared a special feature for this season.

While generally Festivus is celebrated with an aluminum pole, on Powerpets you will get your very own highly flammable hard cardboard Festivus tree.

Here's a few steps to follow. First, make sure your wishlist is up to date.
Next, click your name on the left top to go to your user detail page. On there you will notice a new feature - the Festivus Tree. The first time you click on it, you will be asked if you want to create a Festivus tree.
Once you have created your tree, other players will be able to leave gifts in your tree! A list of players who have left you gifts will be available under your tree.
You will be able to pick up your gifts as of DECEMBER 25th.

To leave a gift in someone else's tree, look up the player. Click on Festivus Tree on their User Detail page. Below the tree, you will see all the items from your backpack. Simply click on an item (That has a resale value of $2,500 PB or more), and you can hang an ornament up in their tree!
To hang up an ornament, just drag and drop the ornament from the side ONTO the tree. A message will appear at the bottom indicated your gift has been completed.
You need to hand out all your gifts BEFORE December 25th.

What is the gift limit?
You can give ONE gift (one item) to the same player.

What is the value limit of the gift?
Your gift needs to have a resale value of at least $2,500 PB, or you will receive a grinchy message. There is no upper limit.

The 2009 Gryphon Giftpack has just been released. This year, the giftpack contains an Aquarium Diver Chinchilla and an Aquarium Gryphon Statue.

As we do every year, in memory of one of our former staff, Marijke (Gryphon), the profits from the sale of this giftpack will be donated to PAWS animal shelter in Seattle, WA.
